Trusul does not process payments in this preview. This page is a draft so users can see where refund information will live before a paid launch. It is not a promise of a specific refund period or eligibility rule.
Before paid plans launch
Trusul will publish a finalized refund policy before accepting live payments. It will clearly state the applicable refund window, eligibility, cancellation timing, contact route, and any local consumer-law requirements.
Future subscription management
When billing is enabled, eligible customers will be able to review invoices, update payment details, and manage cancellation through the hosted billing portal. Plan renewal and tax information will be shown before checkout.
